- I am a whole life coach as well as relationship coach, working with individuals as well as couples and families. I believe anything is possible if you are willing to do the work to develop the vision of your life's dream. This blog is all about developing that vision for a new you!
Coach Training and Philosophy
Certified through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaches Federation.
Also studied with the Center For Right Relationships for Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
I believe that a person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I also believe the path to living a satisfying and joyful life comes with a little bit of self-awareness, big picture visioning, fostering of healthy relationships and alliances, and the pursuit of goals that are meaningful.
I also believe that we exist in a number of relationship systems- home, work, community, and those relationships need an environment of positivity, honesty and respect in order to thrive.
As a coach I act as guide, sounding board, and mirror for your life, your thoughts, and your dreams. I am a willing and neutral partner with no hidden agenda. I have no wish to tell you what to do, but to help you find your own great answers and encourage and motivate you to take the steps you are wishing to take.
